THREAD GRINDING MACHINES WITH CNC

The semiautomatic machine is designed for plunge-cut grinding of metric threaded surfaces of "Shaft" and "Shaft-gear" type parts with a multirib abrasive grinding wheel.

    Semiautomatic machine is designed for external grinding of outward, cylindrical and conic left and right, single - and multistart threads of different profile.
   Semiautomatic machine has an arrangement with traveling in longitudinal and cross directions wheel head relative to motionless rotating part.
    Wheel head has possibility of turning to the left and to the right relative to the axis of machined part in vertical plane on the helical groove angle of ascent.

Internal thread grinding machine with CNC model OSH-635FЗ is designed for grinding the internal thread of nuts and ball-screw pair beckets and has the traveling in cross direction slides (coordinate X) and in longitudinal direction  table with work head  (coordinate Z), wheel head is rotary, travels vertically (coordinate Y). The machine is equipped with CNC system, electric spindle, touch sensor for detection of part location on machine, diamond roller for grinding wheel profile dressing.
