CREEP FEED SURFACE PROFILE GRINDING MACHINE WITH CNC OSH-220

DESCRIPTION

The machine is designed for abrasive machining by creep feed grinding the parts of machines from hard-to-machine materials, including elements of motors blades, and has an arrangement with travelling in longitudinal direction table  and movable column travelling in cross direction bearing wheelhead with mechanism of continuous dressing by diamond roller.      
The machine has six programmable coordinates.
Grinding of profile surfaces, and also continuous dressing of the grinding wheel are produced according to CNC controllable program in an automatic mode with use of creep  feed method of grinding.

Machine has an arrangement with traveling in longitudinal direction table and movable column traveling in cross direction, bearing wheel head.

Longitudinal table provides longitudinal feed when grinding, wheel head travels inside the columnvertically.

Grinding wheel continuous dressing mechanism with rotating profile diamond roller is installed on the top of wheel head. Mechanisms of watering nozzles travel are installed on housing of grinding wheel from both sides.

Machine control is realized by CNC system from machine control panel located in front of working zone. Working zone of grinding is guarded by cabinet type protection in which connection of exhaust system of coolant-lubricant aerosols sucking off is foreseen.

Front wall of protection has movable opening door from plexiglass. Working zone is lighted by means of a luminaire.

Profile surfaces grinding and also constant grinding wheel dressing are produced as per CNC control program (CP) in automatic cycle, creep feed method of grinding is used in this case. Machine has six programmable coordinates.

To the left from behind of machine coolant feed and treatment system with refrigerating unit for support of constant temperature of coolant-lubricant is installed. System includes receiving tanks with filters-conveyors for coolant treatment, clean tank with pumps of coolant –lubricant feed into the machining zone and pump of grinding wheel hydraulic cleaning, autonomous refrigerating unit. Hydraulic station is located to the right of machine and electric cabinet is to the right from behind. Control panel with CNC system is located to the right in front of machine.
